Lauren Silvis has joined personalized medicine company Tempus Labs Inc. (Chicago, Ill.) as SVP of external affairs. Silvis was FDA chief of staff from May 2017 to June 2019; she also served for two years as deputy director for policy at FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health. Silvis will oversee regulatory, public policy and government affairs at Tempus.
