Management tracks: Erasca, Frequency, PerkinElmer, CytomX, Infinity and more

Erasca Inc. (San Diego, Calif.) promoted Chief Business Officer Gary Yeung to chief operating and financial officer and hired David Chacko to take over the CBO role. Chacko was a principal at investment firm Versant Ventures. The cancer company, launched in December, also hired Les Brail as VP of clinical development and Karen Gilmore as VP of finance. Brail was senior director, clinical programs at Neon Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:NTGN), and Gilmore was a financial consultant for several companies (see "Erasca Launches to Target Cancer Drivers").

Regenerative medicine company Frequency Therapeutics Inc. (Woburn, Mass.) hired Dana Hilt as CMO and William Chin as EVP of clinical and translational science. Hilt was CMO at Lysosomal Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) and Chin was EVP for science and regulatory advocacy and CMO at PhRMA. The company, which is focused on hearing loss, also hired Jeff Hrkach as SVP, technology development and Jason Glashow as SVP, corporate affairs. Hrkach was co-head of delivery science and Glashow was head of corporate communications at Moderna Inc. (NASDAQ:MRNA)...
