Management tracks: New executives at Pfizer spinouts Cerevel and SpringWorks

Cerevel Therapeutics LLC (Boston, Mass.) hired Orly Mishan as CBO, a newly created role. She was principal and a founding member of Bain Capital Life Sciences, which launched the Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) spinout with $350 million in funding last year to develop the pharma's discontinued neurological disease pipeline (see "Springing into Cerevel").

SpringWorks Therapeutics Inc. (Stamford, Conn.) hired Frank Perier as CFO. He was EVP of finance and CFO of Forest Laboratories Inc., which was acquired by Allergan plc (NYSE:AGN) in 2014. SpringWorks, which develops rare disease and cancer programs spun out of Pfizer, raised $125 million in an April series B round led by Perceptive Advisors (see "SpringWorks Raises $125M")...
