Fosun’s sale of UFH reflects China’s shifting hospital landscape

In a move that capitalizes on government support of China's private hospital sector, New Frontier acquired United Family Healthcare from Fosun Pharmaceutical and other existing shareholders. The new entity, named New Frontier Health Corp., will have an enterprise value of $1.44 billion and trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
