Management tracks: Carrick names Pearson CEO in U.S. push; plus AC Immune, Paratek and more

Cancer company Carrick Therapeutics Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland) hired Tim Pearson as CEO. He succeeds Elaine Sullivan, one of the company's founders, who will become executive entrepreneur and an adviser to the board. Pearson, who was EVP and CFO of Tesaro Inc. until its takeout by GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE:GSK; NYSE:GSK), will be based in Boston, where Carrick plans to establish operations. The company, which also has operations in the U.K, will remain headquartered in Dublin.
