Zymeworks trades up after follow-on
Zymeworks Inc. (NYSE:ZYME; TSX:ZYME) added $1.74 (10%) to $20.05 Thursday after raising $175 million late Wednesday through the sale of 9.7 million shares at $18 in a follow-on. The price is an 12% discount to Zymework's close of $20.17 on Tuesday, when it proposed the offering after market hours.
