Peloton Therapeutics Inc. (Dallas, Texas) was among three biotechs amending proposed IPOs on NASDAQ. The HIF2A company plans to sell 9.4 million shares at $15-$17. If priced at the midpoint of the proposed range, it would raise $150 million and be valued at $711.4 million.
