Cannabinoid company GW Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:GWPH) hired Darren Cline as chief commercial officer. He succeeds Julian Gangolli who is retiring. Cline was EVP, commercial at Seattle Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ:SGEN).

Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TSX:AUP; NASDAQ:AUPH) hired Peter Greenleaf as CEO, effective April 29. The autoimmune company also named director George Milne chairman.
