PBM Prime Therapeutics LLC (Eagan, Minn.) hired Kenneth Paulus as president and CEO, effective May 7. Paulus is an executive adviser at Water Street Healthcare Partners. In 2005-15, Paulus held leadership roles at Minneapolis-based non-profit healthcare system Allina Health, including CEO, president and COO. Mike Kolar, who was interim CEO, remains Prime’s SVP, general counsel.
