SCM, Genexine purchase Argos

SCM Lifescience (Incheon, South Korea) and Genexine Inc. (KOSDAQ:095700) purchased all assets of Argos Therapeutics Inc. (Durham, N.C.) for $11.3 million and will rename the company CoImmune Inc.
SCM will own 51% of CoImmune, while Genexine will own the remainder...
