UroGen, Wave each raise $150M follow-ons

UroGen Pharma Ltd. (NASDAQ:URGN) and Wave Life Sciences Ltd. (NASDAQ:WVE) each raised $150 million in follow-ons.

Uro-oncology company UroGen sold 3.7 million shares at $41. The price is a 24% discount to the company's close of $53.66 on Tuesday, when it proposed the offering after market hours. UroGen slipped 14% on Wednesday, priced the offering after market close, and lost another $3.43 to $42.50 on Thursday...
