At $500M, Moderna files to raise record IPO

mRNA company Moderna Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) filed on Nov. 9 to raise $500 million in an IPO on NASDAQ, which would mark the largest IPO on the exchange for a development stage biotech.
