Hansoh files to list on Hong Kong exchange

Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (Lianyungang, China) proposed to list on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (HKEX) in an IPO underwritten by Morgan Stanley and Citi.

Jiangsu's portfolio of marketed drugs in China includes Category 1.1 drug, anti-infective Mailingda. The company said Category 1 drugs contain new chemical entities and have not been marketed outside of China.
