Management tracks: Karuna, VBI Vaccines

Neurology company Karuna Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Boston, Mass.) named Chairman Steven Paul as CEO. He replaces co-founder Andrew Miller, who became COO. Paul, a neuroscientist, was a longtime employee at Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY) and more recently a venture partner at Third Rock Ventures. He also is a co-founder and former president and CEO of Voyager Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:VYGR), a co-founder of Sage Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SAGE) and chairman of the Board of the Foundation for the NIH (FNIH). Karuna raised $42 million in a series A round early this month (see "Karuna's CNS Double Play").

Infectious disease and immuno-oncology company VBI Vaccines Inc. (NASDAQ:VBIV) hired Christopher McNulty as CFO and head of business development. He was CFO at InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:NVIV)...
