CytomX raises $125M follow-on

CytomX Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:CTMX) raised $125 million on July 12 through the sale of 5.1 million shares at $24.50 in an offering underwritten by Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Barclays.
