Intercept raises $250M in two offerings

Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ICPT) raised $250 million Thursday from a pair of upsized offerings.

The liver disease company raised $150 million through the sale of 2.3 million shares at $64 in a bumped-up follow-on underwritten by Credit Suisse and Jefferies.
