GTx reports additional Phase II stress urinary incontinence data for enobosarm

GTx Inc. (NASDAQ:GTXI) reported data from 18 postmenopausal women with stress urinary incontinence in a Phase II proof-of-concept trial of enobosarm (GTx-024). The candidate is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM).

On the primary endpoint of the single-arm, open-label trial, once-daily 3 mg oral enobosarm reduced the mean number of stress urinary incontinence episodes per day by 81% to 1 leak per day at week 12 from 5.17 leaks per day at baseline.
