Jing, ShanghaiTech in discovery deal

Jing Medicine Technology Ltd. (Shanghai, China) and ShanghaiTech University (Shanghai, China) partnered to discover and develop small molecules to treat cancer. Jing will have worldwide rights to compounds discovered under the deal. ShanghaiTech will receive an undisclosed upfront payment and is eligible for milestones and royalties.
