Intellia, Assembly price follow-ons

Intellia Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:NTLA) and Assembly Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ:ASMB) each priced follow-ons, raising more than $210 million.

Intellia raised $150 million late Wednesday through the sale of 6.3 million shares at $24 in a follow-on underwritten by Credit Suisse, Jefferies and Leerink.
