ObsEva prices $60M private placement

ObsEva S.A. (NASDAQ:OBSV) gained $1 (11%) to $9.80 on Tuesday after the company priced a $60 million private placement through the sale of common shares and prepaid warrants at $8.

Investors included existing shareholders New Enterprise Associates, New Leaf Venture Partners, Sofinnova Ventures, DAFNA Capital Management, Sphera Global Healthcare Fund and Venrock, as well as new investors Aisling Capital, First Manhattan Co., Ghost Tree Capital and Omega Funds.
