Spero aiming for $86.3M IPO

Infectious disease company Spero Therapeutics LLC (Cambridge, Mass.) filed to raise up to $86.3 million in an IPO on NASDAQ underwritten by BofA Merrill Lynch, Cowen, Stifel and Oppenheimer.
