Ascendis Pharma A/S (NASDAQ:ASND) and Catalent Inc. (NYSE:CTLT) each priced follow-on offerings, raising more than $380 million.

Ascendis raised $134.9 million on Wednesday through the sale of 3.8 million ADSs at $35.50 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Wells Fargo and Wedbush PacGrow.
