To accelerate the generation of glioma mouse models and find new oncogenic gene fusions, researchers from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) have used CRISPR-based gene editing to produce mice in a method designed to be easily scalable and relevant for preclinical testing.
