Resverlogix completes private placement and overnight marketed equity offering

Resverlogix Corp. (TSX:RVX) raised C$9.9 million ($7.5 million) through the sale of 5.5 million units at C$1.80 in a two-part offering which closed on June 20. Resverlogix sold 3 million units to existing investors Eastern Capital and Shenzhen Hepalink Pharmaceutical in a non-brokered private placement. The company sold a further 2.6 million units in a concurrent overnight marketed equity offering underwritten by Bloom Burton.
