Inventiva raises EUR 48M in IPO

Inventiva S.A. (Euronext:IVA) raised EUR 48 million ($51.2 million) through the sale of 5.7 million shares at EUR 8.50 in an IPO underwritten by Societe Generale and KBC Securities. The offering values the company at EUR 133.3 million ($141.9 million). Inventiva shares are to begin trading Wednesday.
