ObsEva dips after $96.8M IPO

Women's health company ObsEva S.A. (NASDAQ:OBSV) lost $3.35 (22%) to $11.65 in its first day of trading after it raised $96.8 million through the sale of 6.5 million shares at $15 in an IPO underwritten by Credit Suisse, Jefferies and Leerink. The price valued the company at $444.5 million.
