AACR releases Project GENIE data
The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) released a set of cancer genomic data through its Genomics Evidence Neoplasia Information Exchange (GENIE) initiative. The data set includes 19,000 de-identified genomic records for 59 major cancer types.
The data come from eight participating research centers: Netherlands Cancer Institute; Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; Institut Gustave Roussy; The Johns Hopkins University's Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center; Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center; Princess Margaret Cancer Centre; University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center; and Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. ...
