Elcelyx raises $20 million in series C

Elcelyx Therapeutics Inc. (San Diego, Calif.) raised $20 million in a series C round led by new investor GSM Fund. Existing investors Morgenthaler Ventures; Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers; and Technology Partners also participated in the round.
