Paratek raises $55.3M in follow-on

Paratek Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:PRTK) raised $55.3 million through the sale of 4.3 million shares at $13 in a follow-on underwritten by Leerink, Guggenheim, Ladenburg Thalmann and BTIG.
