Median Technologies raising EUR 20 million

Median Technologies Inc. (Euronext:ALMDT) plans to raise about EUR 20 million ($26.8 million) through the sale of 2.2 million units at EUR 9 in a private placement with institutional investors. Each unit comprises a share and a seven-year warrant to purchase 0.5 shares, with each whole warrant exercisable at EUR 9.

New Enterprise Associates will lead the offering. Omega Fund Management and Abingworth also will participate, along with existing investors Auriga Partners; DFJ ePlanet Ventures; and IDInvest. The offering is subject to shareholder approval at a Sept. 29 meeting. Cowen is placement agent. ...
