Tranzyme raises $32M

Gastrointestinal company Tranzyme ( Research Triangle Park, N.C.) raised $32 million in a private round led by H.I.G. Ventures; Thomas, McNerney; and Quaker BioVentures. Other investors included Business Development Bank of Canada; Desjardins; Pacific Rim Ventures; and Solidarity Fund.
