Map, Allergan to co-promote migraine candidate Levadex

Map Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:MAPP) granted Allergan Inc. (NYSE:AGN) rights in the U.S. to co-promote migraine candidate Levadex to neurologists and pain specialists.
