Informatics consortium unveils wares

In a bid to enter the bioinformatics space, a French consortium called Genostar is hoping to make smarter bioinformatics tools that will compete in the genomics and proteomics markets. But unlike other bioinformatics efforts, Genostar is not hoping to turn a profit on its technology platform alone.
