Strategic investors Abbott, Shire participate in $40M D round for AM-Pharma

AM-Pharma B.V. added two strategic investors in its latest funding round: the venture arms of Abbott Laboratories (NYSE:ABT) and Shire plc (LSE:SHP; NASDAQ:SHPGY).
