SK Capital adding healthcare as a focus for its first institutional fund

Branching out from its high-net worth investor base, SK Capital Partners tapped institutional investors for $500 million to close out its third fund. The private equity firm also is adding healthcare to its focus areas in chemicals and specialty materials.
