Imperial Innovations: L140M to invest at U.K. universities, later-stage deals

Imperial Innovations Group plc (LSE:IVO) has been spinning out companies based on inventions from Imperial College London and taking part in early stage financing of the newcos. The investment firm is now raising £140 million ($219.9 million) to branch out, both into other U.K. universities, as well as into later stages of the investment cycle.
