PharmaPrint: Parting of ways

Developing potentially competing products is not normally the way to maintain a good relationship with a corporate partner. In the case of PharmaPrint Inc., conflicting interests have led to a collapse of the company's herbal dietary supplement agreement with American Home Products Corp. as well as an exchange of breach of contract lawsuits.
