Predix raises $43M

Neurology company Predix (Woburn, Mass.) raised $43 million in a series C round led by Forward Ventures; Boston Millennia; and CMEA. Other investors included Novel Bioventures; Yamanouchi Venture Capital; Yasuda; JAFCO; OrbiMed; S.R. One; Yozma Group; International Life Science Partners; and PA Consulting. Joel Martin of Forward, Patrick Fortune of Boston Millennia; and David Collier of CMEA joined Predix's board. ...
