Apricus adds $20 million

Apricus Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ:APRI) raised $20 million through the sale of 4.9 million units at $4.05 per unit in a follow-on underwritten by Lazard; JMP Securities; and Roth Capital Partners. Each unit comprises a share and five-year warrant to purchase 0.5 shares, with each whole warrant exercisable at $5.25.
