Mongersen: Additional Phase II data

Additional data from a double-blind, European Phase II trial in 166 patients with moderate to severe CD showed that once-daily 10, 40 and 160 mg oral mongersen for 2 weeks each met the secondary endpoint of a greater proportion of patients achieving a clinical response, defined as a reduction in CDAI score of >=100 points, at day 28 vs. placebo (37%, 58% and 72%, respectively, vs. 17%, p=0.04, p<0.001 and p<0.001).
