Ferrer, Venter Pharma S.L. deal

Ferrer will acquire an 18% stake in Venter Pharma for €3.5 million ($4.9 million), including an initial €1.3 million ($1.7 million) payment. The deal, which has been approved by the boards of both companies, includes existing shares from current shareholders as well as a new equity offering.
