BioTime, XenneX deal

BioTime's LifeMap Sciences Inc. subsidiary completed its acquisition of XenneX in a stock deal. XenneX shareholders received 1.4 million shares, or about 13% of the common shares of LifeMap, as well as 448,431 shares of BioTime valued at $1.8 million based on BioTime's close of $4.02 on May 18, before the deal closed. ...
