GenMark prices $42M follow-on

Molecular diagnostics company GenMark Diagnostics Inc. (NASDAQ:GNMK) raised $42 million through the sale of 10 million shares at $4.20 in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan; William Blair; and Canaccord.
