The Medicines Patent Pool said Johnson & Johnson decided not to license patents for its HIV drugs to the pool for use in developing countries. The pool, established last year by UNITAID, allows companies to obtain a license to market generic versions of patented HIV/AIDS drugs in developing countries. Details were not disclosed. ...
