Bionomics said it is selling its head office and research facility located in Thebarton to an undisclosed party and has entered a 10-year lease with the purchaser for the location, with the option for two additional five-year extensions. Bionomics expects the move to bring in A$4.3 million ($4.7 million). The biotech said the additional financial resources will help the search for its first licensing partner.
