Pfizer returning pain products to Acura

Acura Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ACUR) said Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) has exercised its right to return three investigational pain products developed using Acura's Aversion abuse-deterrent technology. Pfizer gained rights to the products through its 2011 acquisition of King Pharmaceuticals Inc., which had rights from Acura under a 2007 deal. The deal termination will take effect in 12 months. ...
