Agenus, Integrated BioTherapeutics deal

Agenus granted Integrated BioTherapeutics an exclusive, worldwide license to QS-21 Stimulon adjuvant for the development of a vaccine against Ebola and Marburg viruses. Agenus will receive a license fee and is eligible to receive milestones plus royalties. Details were not disclosed. ...
