MorphoSys, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute deal

MorphoSys' AbD Serotec research and diagnostic antibodies unit granted the institute rights to use Slonomics technology from MorphoSys' Sloning BioTechnology GmbH subsidiary. The institute is conducting research on a project under the U.S. Department of Defense's Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to develop transient immunity against life-threatening viral infections. AbD Serotec will receive an undisclosed fee and has an option to license rights to commercialize any compounds resulting from the deal. Terms were not disclosed. ...
