Knopp Neurosciences transferred all assets, excluding dexpramipexole (KNS-760704), to new parent entity, Knopp Biosciences LLC, which will focus on expanding its drug discovery capabilities, including research activities directed at mitochondrial mechanisms of neurodegeneration and other diseases.
