Deltagen, Bristol-Myers, Stanford University deal

DGEN completed its previously announced acquisition of BMY’s Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharma Research Labs L.L.C. subsidiary (San Diego, Calif.), formerly known as CombiChem, for $23.5 million in stock (see BioCentury, Feb. 19).
